FAQ


Shipping

Standard shipping is free of charge within Australia. Delivery can take between 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Express shipping costs $8.00 for a 0-3kg package. Delivery can take between 1-3 business days depending on your location.

We accept Returns for up to 30 days!

Returns made within 30 days from receiving your order will be refunded in your original form of payment. 

If you wish to Return your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request. Once authorized by our customer service representatives, a ticket number will be sent to you for reference. Returns & Exchanges will be evaluated and processed upon receiving of the item(s).

We will NOT accept any packages sent without a ticket number.


Our Returns & Exchange Process

The Returns form provided once you contact our customer service representatives must be included along with the items for return.
Regular priced items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Orders must be shipped out within 14 days from receiving your case number.
Processing Returns may take up to 14 business days upon receival.
We do not refund shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees associated with your order.
Return packages are your responsibility until it is received by us.
It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Store Credits and Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Upon dispute, Bayse reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

Final Sale

All sale items are final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect item / missing item or faulty item

As a valued customer, please contact us if any merchandise you receive is defective, missing and/or incorrect. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving of shipment. We will do our very best to resolve your case in a timely manner.

Safe Payment With Stripe

PCI

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

SSL and HSTS

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services. Stripe use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Chrome and Firefox.

Encryption

All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.).

Tracked Shipping

Every package get's shipped with an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow the shipment all the way from us home to you. Enter your tracking number at www.auspost.com.au to use service.
